Here's a reminder of the first major management principles Minute:
- Agree on goals.
- Know looks like a good behavior.
- Enter each objective on a sheet of paper with fewer than 250 words.
- Read and reread the description of each objective, which would require about a minute each time.
- Take a minute from time to time in the day to examine its own results.
- Determine whether the behavior is the goal.
