Here's a reminder of the first major management principles Minute:

• Agree on goals.
• Know looks like a good behavior.
• Enter each objective on a sheet of paper with fewer than 250 words.
• Read and reread the description of each objective, which would require about a minute each time.
• Take a minute from time to time in the day to examine its own results.
• Determine whether the behavior is the goal.
