Third and final part of the surprising methods Minute Manager, I now to discover the principle of Minute Reprimands.

Here's what to remember:

First:
  • prevent in advance the person you're going to tell him what you think of his work unequivocally.
  • Reprimand the person immediately.
  • Tell her what she has done wrong by being factual and accurate.
  • Tell him what you think unequivocally that she did.
  • observe a moment of uncomfortable silence to make him feel what you feel.
Then:
  • him shaking hands or touching in a way that makes him understand that you are on the same side it.
  • Remind her how much you appreciate them.
  • Reaffirm that you think the person but not its behavior in this specific situation.
