David to participate in the Quebec championship elite road to Sainte-Agathe outclassed as a junior.
The first test was against the individual time-trial where he managed a satisfactory 29th place in this discipline which is not his specialty.
The next race was the road race. The tempo was very Fast with a big climb that was repeated at every turn. David has been dropped from the squad even had to finish the race with a puncture and ended with a disappointing 32nd position.
The next day's criterium has been much better for David is being overtaken by the pack and getting the 35th rank.
The difficulty of the race this weekend has proved to David that he will work harder in training this winter to perform well next year in this category.
